Job Summary
The Financial Analyst serves as a liaison between Finance and Information Technology, and partners with business representatives at all levels of the company.
The Financial Analyst will manage projects, coordinate and drive enhancements to SAP with respect to Accounting and Finance. In addition, he/she is also responsible for communicating to and educating end-users on the software changes or new product functionality.
The Financial Analyst will assist with month end/period end reporting, developing annual budgets, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:

Assist with month end/period end reporting, developing annual budgets, administering sales compensation.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end analysis. Prepare and consolidate financial statements and provide summary report on performance of the Company on a monthly basis.

Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT, and partner with business representatives at all levels of the company.

Identify business requirements and develop, modify, maintain, and enhance reports for management as well as key performance indicators of the Company.

Provide Revenue and Gross Margin analysis as required.

Work with different functional areas across the company to identify, research and resolve complex data issues, in a timely manner.

Develop work plans, managing/meeting deadlines and coordination of projects team and sub-team activities with respect to SAP and related software.

Review business requirements and detailed specs to develop test scripts and testing plans within schedule.

Support the Business Planning and Budget cycle by providing tools to assist management in setting Revenue and Cost targets.

Assist with the coordination and the consolidation of department budgets.

Understand, follow and support Mizuho OSI’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).
Qualifications & Requirements:

Requires 3- 4 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with SAP or tier 1 ERP system required.

Must have client-server concepts and working knowledge of relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL, SAP.

Ability to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skill is preferred.

Must be able to work independently doing: Business Analysis, Business Planning, Project Scoping, Design, Integration, and Implementation. As well as contribute to the team.

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay Scale: $105,000- $115,000 DOE + potential annual bonus + comprehensive benefits package
